Maybe the buzzing is coming from the valve springs? Make sure they are lubricated with a good grease and that they are properly seated in the valve casing. If the buzzing is coming from a badly soldered part you should be able to isolate it simply by touching parts until you find the right one (it will probably stop buzzing if you touch the right one while playing).
