Gene Pokorny used to play (maybe he still does?) a Marc. mouthpiece custom-made for him called the CVSM (Charlie Vernon Survival Mouthpiece). Maybe Joe is making THIS mouthpiece, but not using Gene's name? (I don't know -- just a possible guess.)
