I am a freelance tubist in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I also teach at Texas Christian University. This summer we are having our second summer jazz improv clinic. It is strictly about improvization. It is not a big band camp. All improv, all day, very intense. I host this camp along with a trumpet player, Larry Spencer. This is an extension of a jazz duo that we do, (trump,tuba, plus rhythm). All brass players are welcomed. Brazzology means the study of Brass and jazz. That's what our group and the camp are about.
