You cold replace one of the latch sets with a lockable set fairly cheaply. Those are usually held in with pop rivets. You can get them from the Markertek.com catalog with a key lock built in for $19 or padlockable for $14. Go to www.markertek.com, search on "twist latch" then choose the second option, "TCH Road Case and Speaker Cabinet Twist Latches".
