The 4098 *is* the rotory version of the PT-7. Custom doesn't have exclusive distributorship rights to the 4098 which is most likely the main reason it isn't marketed as such. Atleast in theory the PT labeled horns get a lot more attention in the design phase and go through more quality control. My playing time on both horns is very limited. I have no opinions regarding their relative merits. Many people like both.
