Call up long-distance information in the 210 area code, and ask for the San Antonio Symphony Business Office. Write to Lee care of the San Antonio Symphony at that address, and it will get to him pretty quickly, I expect. You can also attend a concert and catch him the conclusion, but move quickly, or be prepared to wait a while at the stage door.
