Has anybody tried the king 2280 euphonium lately? I was thinking the other day about U.M.I. and the improvements tey made in the tuba line, and was wondering if they would address the euphoniums as well. Well, I can say that they did some slight changes to the 2280 to make it very nice instrument! Tuning is MUCH better than older models, and the responce seems quicker. I have always liked the sound, but never took the horns seriously because of other problems. If there is anybody out there that would still like a 4-inline horn but have it large bore, check this one out. the price is lower than the Yamaha small bore 321, and the sound is (in my opinion) much more professional.
