The Amado waterkey in question here would have to be activated by the players nose, as air access to the 3rd comp slide still would need the activation of both 3rd and the 4th pistons.

Amado waterkeys have great acoustical benefits, but they are not strong in fulfilling their primary goal of draining a slide or a bow. They need quite an amount of air passing by to let the water out.
