Yes, I knew I was leaving some horns off the list. This one, in particular, seems out of whack for the poster's intended use because of the high cost. What pay for a non-compensator what a compensator costs? Sure, that Willson non-compensator may be a wonderful horn, and better than some compensators, but it will greatly diminish the resale market when he gets good enough to really know what he wants.

I really only mentioned the high-end compensators just to let him know that the range of costs might be greater than he realizes, and the deals on the used compensators are really good.
