When I was in the Navy Band, we had a "Disaster Bill" which essentially had the musicians acting as stretcher bearers, etc. in case of national emergency; Wars,etc. I was somewhat disturbed to learn (we back then) that if there was an emergency, one of my jobs (as a unit leader) was to help search for bombs!
Not up to date with current directives but maybe Sean or some of the military band guys can bring us up to date. Happy Spring!
