This problem was addressed a few months ago; check the archives.
Noisy, buzzing springs are almost always caused by one or more coils vibrating against each other. This is due either to the spring leaning to one side when placed on a flat surface, or to collapse of one or more coils. Usually the problem can be corrected with judicious and gentle bending to get the spring to stand up straight. Worst case, a new set of springs should fix the problem.
