My understanding is that with the exception of the 12 Days, arranged by Kazdin, all of the tunes came from "Christmas Music" compiled and arranged by Mary Rasmussen available through Robt. King. These are simple, basic arrangements.
I have it froma reliable source that the members of the Phila. Brass Ensemble then added passing lines and counter-melodies themselves. Pretty amazing stuff, huh?
