Yes but, documentation in both the original LP liner notes, as well as the CD reissue notes, give the recording dates as August 1965. The CD notes give the dates specifically as August 23-28, 1965. The audition was held in October 1965. On the say-so of student, could it still have been Chester on this recording? Someone must have the answer, and the true identity of this excellent player, Chester or otherwise.
