Actually to me that sounds about right. If your inside loop is about 7 or 8 inches longer, then the heighth of the outer loop and heighth of the eBay horn would have to increase by about 5 inches. I don't know how tall a piggy is but a Besson BBb which is considered by many to be a real tall horn is 40 inches tall. If the eBay horn is 40 inches tall, then I'd expect horn piggy to be about 35 inches tall (which is about the heighth of the Meinl Weston compact model). Even if the eBay horn is only 3 1/2-4" taller then your horn, it definitely would not be able to class as a compact.

I have to admit though without seeing the horn on eBay in person, I have no way of knowing for sure how tall it is (unless I email the owner). It just a friend of mine had a horn that look exactly like that horn.
