The horn is completely clean and it has a new mouthpiece receiver that receives my Schilke 66. The horn plays great, but it seems that those two things are the main problems. When I'm doing the one run on the solo I mentioned, it goes F E F E F G in a sixteenth run with the first F being a quarter note at an andante time.. it's slurred too. When I try this, there's a slight moment of disruption the airflow... so it sounds like I'm tonguing the notes instead of slurring. Doesn't happen on the school Yammie 201.

What is causing this? I don't know. I certainly hope it can be helped.

I've changed a few mouthpieces too, still does it, so I'm thinking it's not the mouthpiece.
