I have made the most money on my Alexander 163. I have played it in orchestras (pit, symphony, chamber, etc...), bands (concert, German, brass, marching, etc...), quintets, tuba ensemble, dixieland, solo, etc... (just about every type of music that uses a tuba). I have also used my Meinl Weston 32 for just about every type of music; however, it is for the most part my back-up and chamber music tuba. My Kay string bass is in the running and I have played many types of jobs on it (I play more string bass then tuba these days). My E flat comes in a distant fourth (mostly chamber music and tuba ensemble).
