Today I tried using one on my Sousaphone at work and am not all that happy with the results. The horn looks like I used a Dent Eraser on it. The dents are mostly gone, but in their place are ripples and creases from the balls path. Perhaps I was not using it correctly, but I should have had an experienced repairman do the work instead.
