None. It's only a matter of traditional nomenclature.
Here's the Grand Scheme Of Things:
Contrabass Tubas (~octave below trombones):
BBb or Bb
CC or C
Bass Tubas (~half octave below trombones):
Eb or, in some perverse instances, EEb
F
Tenor Tubas (same octave as trombones):
Euphonium (Bb)
Baritone Horn (no English Baritone, which isn't really a tenor tuba)(Bb)
Tenor Tuba (Bb)
Small French Tuba in C
Any of these are available in small, medium, large, and monstrous. The above has to do with the length of the pipe, and the small-monstrous size has to do with the fatness of the pipe.
