Cookeville, TN- "Ocha", as mentioned further down on the page.

Superior, WI- "The Anchor Bar"... 35 different kind of burgers, all of them AT LEAST 1/3lb, none of them more than $2. Fries for another buck. The waitstaff is likely to use much profanity if you don't have exact change, and a kahlua mudslide consists of Kahlua, hershey's syrup, and ice cubes.

Stratford, ON(circa 1996)- "Gino's Italian Eatery"(it was short lived)... an 8" hamburger patty in between two personal pizzas... need I say more?

Montreal, Quebec- LaFleur's! WOO! One on every corner. French fries have likely the highest grease-to-potato ratio in all the world. Poutine is to die for. Best franchise-dive ever.

Then of course there's Waffle House all over the south. You literally inhale the grease as soon as you walk in. If you go in an hour after bar-close, the Waffle-House hair is a more effective styling gel than Mousse.

did I forget anything?

Anthony
