You can purchase a complete new part and replace it. It will require someone who is very very good at soldering...and a bit of luck...to make it look pretty. You might consider (prior to having it installed) sending the new replacement part to Anderson Silver Plating and having it "triple" or "quadruple" plated. Doing this will:

- allow the installer to make some minor soldering errors and still clean up their mess without going through the silver.

- make this area resistant to wear, as this is where the hand tends to wear away silver plating.

Don't I remember correctly that you are wanting to sell this instrument? Why not just price it fairly and sell it to a non-neurotic consumer without doing anything to it at all?
