See my post (way) below regarding the IWK musical calculator. Makes things like this really easy. But to answer your question, here's how I calculate slide lengths. I'll do it for the 1st slide; you can work the others out the same way.

1. Airpath length for BBb: 589.2 cm
2. Airpath length for AAb: 661.3 cm
3. Airpath length for CC: 524.9 cm

So, the length of the #1 tuning slide on a BBb is (2)-(1) or 72.1 cm
The length of the #1 tuning slide on a CC is (1)-(3) or 64.3 cm
Therefore the #1 airpath needs to be shortened by the difference between the two, or 7.8 cm. Since you're removing length from both legs of the slide, the amount you need to shorten each leg is half this, or 3.9 cm. (or about 1.54 inches--taking off about 1 9/16 of an inch will give you a little wiggle room).

Repeat this procedure for all slides.
