I've not had any experience with the 184-5U CC, but have played (for a while) a 184-4U BBb. While a very agile horn, I found that it had more intonation issues than the typical 186-4U BBb. It sounds as if the CC version of this horn is somewhat better than the BBb. Having played only a single sample, however, this could have been a fluke.
