I don't think it will fit the PT-15 case. The PT-15 case won't take a horn taller than about 38 1/2". But I also have a similar hard case with wheels that was designed for a PT-6. I have a Miraphone to use as a reference point and I can confirm that it fits quite nicely. If you want pictures drop me an email.
