It is just called "Brass Quintet". Much to my displeasure, I performed this piece last semester. Not that I dislike his stuff in general, but he just seems to pull a James Horner with a lot of his pieces (mostly the first movements of his concertino, tuba sonata, and that brass quintet seem like they are just pawned off of each other). And the Quintet in particular sounded to me like it was written to appease or entertain an eleven year old. Being a composer, I am well aware of how hard it is to maintain complete originality, but it would be great to hear at least a little less connective tissue between his pieces.
