As a side note, the last time I saw Canadian Brass perform (TMEA, San Antonio, TX), Mr. Daellenbach was playing a Yamaha 621CC...not his Yamaha carbon fiber belled 8-something series custom horn.
Also, at one time, Mr. Daellenbach played on a brass belled CB-50, which I understand he still uses for almost all of the recording work. On stage he used the brass version, but quickly moved to the carbon fiber bell by George McCracken (sp???) to save weight. Fellow CB-50 owners can verify that the CBs are heavy!
