I use a silver Harvey Holton CC as my primary axe. I find it records well and doesn't break my back on 3-4 strolling gigs. It also projects well with the New York Bach MP I use. I do miss the 5th valve though. My backup horn is a tiny Cervany/Musica CCB-683-5M with the massive .787 bore on a 14.25" bell. You could wear this horn all day and forget it's on you. I used this horn this past weekend at a private party I performed at. Come to find out there was a music educator from St. Joseph MO. along with several other performing musicians from around the state. Several of these folks came up to me after the set to find out what horn I was using. To think
