If this is one of the woodshell cases, it might be easier to drill the rivet heads out and replace the draw catch with one of these. You only need remove the lower half--the bottom part of this one fits the existing top part exactly. You can slip a small padlock through the eye to lock it. Maybe not as secure as other options, but the catch costs only about $1.50 at your local hardware store and installs in minutes--use either the special split rivets, or SS pop rivets and washers.
