Rick.. have you ever played a 5/4 Rudy? this is not a horn for the faint at heart, as it's larger than the Yorkbrunner, and has the absolute largest bore of any tuba I've ever seen at .866. something more like a PT6 would be a great choice that is non BATish, yet still abel to crank some wattage hen needed.
