The analysis system of Allen Forte is generally agreed upon to be the best system to use with 20th Century Music. His book "The Structure of Atonal Music" is published by Yale University Press (ISBN 0-300-02120-8). I don't know if there is a web site. Try a Google search on either his name or the book, it may lead to something.
