At one time, Roger Bobo had a CC tuba that was somthing called a "Heizner" - something like that, I can't quite remember now. I remember meeting the fellow who bought it from him somwhere around 1972. If I'm remembering accurately, it was a smallish 4/4 CC with some fancy engraving on the bell. It think it had hollow body rotors too.

When Floyd Cooley first got his rotory valve Gronitz F tuba, I had thought that was a "no-name" as well.
