I just checked Southern Ohio Music's website (where I got my copies of books 14 & 15 just last spring) and they are no longer listed there. I'm pretty sure they have been pulled because book 16 (Mahler 7-9) is listed, right after book 13. I would say your best bet is going to be to contact the publisher directly. All the works are Shostakovich, book 14 is Symphonies 1-7 and book 15 is Symphonies 8-12. Good luck!
