It is still summer. What is the problem? Take it outside, set it on an old nasty tarp or worn-out blanket and use the hose to jet the soap out of the mouthpipe and slide tubes when you're done. If you REALLY want to give it an industrial strength jetting with the hose, hook up your (100% rubber only - Hot water is not safe with other hoses.) hose to the hot water faucet for your washing machine or the drain faucet on your hot water tank. CAREFUL! This water is REALLY HOT! (Surely you aren't running water through the large branches of the tuba. Nothing is dirty, there.)

P.S. Surely another cleaning after this can wait again until next summer...You brush your teeth, right? I have NEVER "given my tuba a bath". I brush my teeth before I play, and occasionally run a snake through the mouthpipe into the first valve casing. (It is never dirty.)
