I have to say I'm really surprised he is handling your situation that way. I was quite specific in my questions to him about future repair work and he was very forthright in his answers. The venting procedure couldn't take more than a few minutes to complete. I have a hard time believing it would damage his busy schedule. I wish I could help you with an explanation but I'm as puzzled as you about this. I hope you can find someone else to do the work. Good luck!
