Adding a 5th valve really isn't a big deal as long as a rotor of proper bore size is available. I happen to work at a "pro" shop and have seen some good jobs and bad. Most of the bad ones are on piston tubas with the rotor added before the piston section. It is hard to make this set up work due to the lack of a straight section in the leader pipe. Rotory pipes tend to have a long straight section before the valves making the addition of a valve a breeze. Regarding your Cerveny conversions I have in stock 8 Cerveny piggy
rotors and also various linkages. If you or anyone else has interest in these give me a call at 847.253.7552.

P.S. I have an Alex F for sale if anyone is interested call me at above # thanks.
