This tuba was purchased by Dan Anderson of Chicago and reconstructed by Walter Nirschl.
It retains the original bell and bow (from a BB flat) and the rest is a copy of the Jacobs York CC. This tuba is the 2nd York copy ever made by Walter Nirschl (the first was for Floyd Cooley) and is a prototype of the Jacobs York CC now being sold by Nirschl.
It is a wonderful and beautiful instument in near perfect condition with all the qualities of the current Nirschl model.
