I'm not a lawyer, but I'm sure there is an ammendment to our Constitution, the very document and foundation of our great country which you serve (and play tuba) to uphold and protect from enemies foreign and domestic, which protects not only our right to burn the National Ensign, but to proudly display photgraphs of ourselves in uniform holding tubas. Now if you were doing something unethical or illegal with your horn in the photo, or maybe if it is a top-secret government tuba, then there might be a problem... but as I am sure that is not the case, I wouldn't worry too much about the legal ramifications of posting that picture.
