Something that has worked for me is playing a piece UP a half step and DOWN a half step. Then, when you go back to the easier (correct) key, things suddenly seem to be much more effortless than they were before. (weird, I know...sorry)

Another technique is to convert everything to a dotted figure, and then to a reverse dotted figure. That way, you can practice moving from each not to the next note quickly, but in an isolated way.
