I've got a couple of nice ones set in the traditional brass mode and arranged for Eb Tuba I'd be happy to let you have. Good old brass band flash: Concerto in Eb by Sachse (1871)originally written for Eb Soprano Cornet, and Grandfathers Clock written for Euphonium (corny but a crowd pleaser).
Traditionalists like 'Celestial Morn' by Leslie Condon, who was a great Eb Tubist in the Salvation Army. I once got to play next to him - he was my "Tiger Woods" hero some 30 years ago! Also, try the Mexican Hat Dance for Eb Tuba, its different.
If you really want flash I'd consider Facilita, Harmonious Blacksmith and similar pieces for cornet or euphonium. You may have to transpose the parts.
