I used to play one. i really enjoyed it. If you like the idea of the switchable bells, this is a great horn....I love the sound with the bell front.....
the standard bell is 18 or 19 inches and is great for most tuba situation. i also had the 22inch which i liked in a larger band but sluggish for small ensemble work. the horn was pretty well in tune and the slides are accessable. it is heavier than other horns of its size
