There are two possible solutions. If your Cervany still has the factory linkage, then you might try adjusting (tightening) the set screws Steve mentioned at either end of the push rod. I removed this linkage from both my Cervany's because I've found the screws tend to work themselves loose over time. If the set screws are adjusted properly, I would put a few drops of 3-in-1 oil on the joints and see if this doesn't help. 3-in-1 is thin enough not to slow the valve down but thick enough to help silence noise.
