I understand that Meinl Weston no longer makes the detachable bell. What I am trying to find out is what the collar diameter WAS on the old upright detachable bell, either CC or BBb. My purpose is to find out whether or not I could fit one of these old detachables into another type of horn. In other words, I am not trying to buy a bell to fit a Meinl Weston product, I just need the specs. I believe the measurements Mr. Matthies kindly provided were for a solid bell, as the diameter listed is quite small and he refers to it in relation to the bottom bow.
