I Love my MW 2141. I should have a bumper sticker to that effect. I have had no serious intonation problems, no more than I've had on any other tuba, and the sound and response is great. I use it in quintet, brass band and wind band. I have to write a reply every time someone bashes the 2141 for intonation problems only for the sake of equal time. It's a great horn that is overlooked too often for tubas costing much more.
