Thanks John. The stop arms on this thing are taper-pinned, not screwed to the S-arms, which means they'd have to be drilled to accept screws. But the rotor capstans look to be Miraphone-sized and shaped, so perhaps there's hope there. The bracket holding the keyarm axle is not the usual heavy-duty nickel job, but a much lighter one made from heavy sheet brass; it's not very stable (i.e., it bends easily) and I wouldn't want use it in a replacement. But fabbing one out of bar stock should be pretty easy.

I appreciate the info and I'll keep the list posted on the project.
