Miraphone 191 on ebay

I'm sure most of you have seen the 191 that is on ebay. The guy has it listed for $3500. Last week he had the horn listed for $4100 and there were no bidders. Has anyone played a 191? Isn't that one of Miraphone's newer models? How does it compare to a 186?
