My understanding is that Jingbao instruments are made in China. They are notoriously poor. You would be MUCH better off with a Weril, as someone suggested. Or a good used horn -- an old King or a Crevany or the like, for even less. There've been several 3 valve compensating Bessons recently on e-bay, those horns are large, but might well suit your needs as well.
