I will also throw in a vote for the weril, I have played one and was quite impressed.
Cerveny also make a very small BB tuba, but it has a nice large .795 bore. Rotary valves, and I don't think it weighs much more than the weril.
Both are nice horns, and I know Tubastore has them both in stock. The weril is in silver.
