An EEb and an Eb horn are both actually pitched to Eb, higher than a BBb tuba. EEb is just used to show that it is a larger horn than the usual Eb horn (basically a marketing ploy). As for your question about the pros and cons of each horn, it is to my understand than typically, a BBb has more in the low range department than an Eb, and the Eb will have more in the high range than a BBb. Hopefully someone with more experience than I will clarify (or completely denounce, if necessary) what I have said.
