Contact some of the shops listed on this board to see if they have any available to sell. As Chuck mentioned, you are much more likely to find a recording bell than an upright. Also check Taylor Music, www.1800usaband.com. They get a lot of old instruments that they refurb and resell and may have some bells available from tubas that were beyond hope.
