Actually, the little YBB-103 is not a bad instrument if you can deal with the few intonation problems. With an extra valve and some tweaking it might even be a decent quintet instrument.
It's awfully small for a community band, but if memory serves, this was the instrument that was used as the basis for the Yamaha Canadian Brass 621 series.
