The best BBb fingering chart above middle c I've found is in the Bill Bell Complete Method for Tuba, published by Charles Colin. This is a funny book, with Bell's warm-ups, his edited Arbans bits and pieces, his Blazevich studies, some of the tunes and duets from the Arbans, some Marcello and Bach cello stuff (which you need to read down an octave), his Carnival of Venice version, and a couple of novelty solos (Gus the Hippopotamus and The Tubaman).

This book was written to lay well for BBb tuba, although he does lay out some of his warm ups for BBb, CC, Eb and F tuba.

The book seems to be out of favor now, given that at $45 it's almost the same price as the Complete Arbans for Tuba edited by Wesley Jacobs, which is written to lay well on CC tuba.

For BBb players, however, this book represents a reasonable alternative to the CC version and, when used in combination with Bell's Foundations to Tuba and Sousaphone Playing, is actually better on trills and ornamentation.
